Cancellation Policy

There is a 15-minute no show cancellation policy for online tutoring where if your student doesn't show up, you will incur the full tutoring session no show fee. If you cancel your session within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will not be charged. However, canceling outside this window will result in the full tutoring cancellation fees.
